Mathematics

From September 2023, St Giles' CE Primary School will be using White Rose Maths Scheme  to instil a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts using a full range of fun, inspiring classroom activities.

The  maths scheme  covers all the essential topics in EYFS, key stage 1 and key stage 2, as described in the EYFS and National Curriculum. They include times tables, the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), basic decimals and fractions, percentages, number system use and more.
